Financing models of wastewater treatment and analysis

In undeveloped rural areas, the construction of wastewater treatment devices was restricted for shortage of investment. This paper begins with a brief introduction to the concept of financing and financing models, as well as the three elements of financing, involving financing main body, financing channels, and financing mode. And then, the popular financing models, especially the project financing models, were introduced. Their characteristics were compared. Finally, some advices to rural wastewater treatment financing were given.
