Abstract :
Under the guidance of the concept in low-carbon, many countries are committed to the development of tourism. To enhance the Scenic images has becoming the important contents. This article draws Kevin Lynch´s Image of the City theory, be introduced into the construction of scenic image, and proposed elements of city image CI-GIS model and using geographic information technology to extract and assessment the scenic of the image elements, support the planning & design and image building of scenic, played a good result.
