Abstract
This paper tries to provide a personalized knowledge requirements model (KRM) according to the learners´ knowledge structure and their roles in the process of enterprise business, on the basis of the concept map and knowledge-flow ontology approaches, in order to fulfill company´s knowledge needs through effective and efficient training.
