Abstract :
Based on one 160m PC bridge project, the field measurement and finite element analysis of the hydration temperature of cast-in-situ box girder on top of pier have been completed. The distribution of the hydration temperature fields and the rule of the temperature changing with time have been summed up in this paper. The factors which affect the hydration temperature of cast-in-situ box girder on top of pier were also under discussion here. At last, some measures were put forward to control hydration heat and early age cracking in the cast-in-situ box girder on top of pier.
