Knowledge Management in High Technology Enterprises

Knowledge Management has become a prominent subject for organizations, especially high technology enterprises. Knowledge is essential to survival and development of the high-tech enterprise. We discuss the process of knowledge management and analysis the problems of knowledge management during the process: The concept of knowledge management and information management are obscure; Institutional framework is not rational enough; The management style lacks autonomous innovation; The human capital management of high-tech enterprises faces greater risk. At last we propose new thinking of knowledge management of the high-tech enterprise.
