Abstract :
The paper describes the design of a high frequency current-fed type active filter as a harmonic generator for use in the DC link of an inverter to eliminate the harmonic waves generated, which can compensate the harmonics generated by converter-type loads. Meanwhile, the active filter replacing the electrolytic capacitor realizes a "silicon solution" of the electrolytic capacitor. The results of experiments validate the feasibility of the design and achieves the ideal effect.
