Abstract
The background of eB2B(business to business electric commerce) will be introduced as a point of departure to explore the relationship between eB2B and eB2C(business to customer ecommerce); contrasts of cost-efficiency, ESM(electric supply chain management) and global development scale demonstrate that eB2B will lead the trend of ecommerce but not eB2C; the Case 3 market is emphasized to be the main force of eB2B market; the introduction of Alibaba is expounded for its contribution to both global and Chinese eB2B markets.
