Abstract :
The downwarping of the crane girder not only can influence the performance, but also increase the energy loss. The importance of the pre arch to the bridge crane is put forward and reasonable pre arch curve can keep the vehicle move along a straight line. At last, the design of arch curve based on the finite element technique and structural optimization technology is discussed, which connects arch curve with the crane load condition level.
