Abstract :
Control system of elevator door is a typical motor servo system, elevator door switch is the implementing agency. With the rapid development of the national economy, modern buildings is increasing, elevator is becoming an indispensable tool in daily life. Elevator normal operation is relation to personal safety, therefore, the elevator door not only demand the switch of action reliable and accurate, but also a rapid responsive and dynamic characteristics, and this put forward a higher requirements for the rotor and the position sensor. Magnetic encoder is compact, low-cost and high reliability, in this paper, permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the implementation for the elevator door motor, magnetic encoder is used as rotor position detection, the principle of magnetic encoder is analyzed, the signal processing circuit of magnetic encoder and motor DSP interface control circuits are designed, and absolute position signal space vector control is used , the experimental result shows that the control system works well.
