  • Abstract
    To investigate evaluation method of the color of Zhang-Bang Fructus Aurantii pieces, and to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the color and internal quality of Zhang-Bang Fructus Aurantii pieces. Methods: Taking processing techniques of Zhang-Bang Fructus Aurantii pieces as research objects, using a camera and Adobe Photoshop software to collect the elementary information of processing pieces color and determine the contents of the active ingredients by HPLC. The analysis on the relationship between color and active ingredients is made by SPSS 11.5 statistical software and data mining software Clementine 8.0. Results: There is significant correlation between color difference of the pieces and active ingredients. Therefore, color difference can be used as quantitative evaluation approach for the color of Zhang-Bang Fructus Aurantii processing pieces.
