Abstract :
Based on the medical image characteristic, this text has made the related improvement for the insufficiency which exists in image mosaic algorithm. It has used the method which unified iteration threshold value division and the canny edge examination operator to extract image edge, calculates the matching parameter between the images using the expansion phase correlation method. The experimental result has indicated that the algorithm proposed in the article can complete the medicine image mosaic precisely and quickly, which has achieved satisfactory mosaic effect.
