Notice of Retraction

Based on some projects applying the Agent Construction System, the characteristics of the project invested by the government not to obtain the profit are discussed, and the excellences and disadvantages of the Agent Construction System are analyzed. And then based on the management mode adopted by some developed countries and regions, the problems such as the choosing of the agent construction enterprise, the legal status and the charging standard of the agent construction enterprise are discussed, which is helpful for the developing and popularizing the Agent Construction System.
