  • Abstract
    As a demonstrate city of “Ten Cities & Thousand Units”,Tangshan has started the operation of electric vehicle. This paper introduced the operation and management system of electric vehicle, including the operation system, operation mode and management system. From the experience of Tangshan city, the performance of electric vehicle were no more stable than the internal combustion engines. So a perfect operation and management system was needed. An effective management system based on the GPS and GPRS was used in Tangshan. Experiments show that the system realize functions such as real time data acquisition, processing, wireless transmission and remote monitoring on GPRS service platform.
