Abstract :
Status and some challenges now in Toshiba semiconductor for IP development and the re-use. Presentation covers common digital IP, common analog IP, and also embedded memory IP. Some interesting activities to overcome the shortage of IP development resources has begun in Japan called IP Bank in STARC. Not only technical but also business environment is provided to enhance the IP reuse in SoC industries.
