Abstract :
An emergency evacuation optimized model based on equivalent length is proposed and solution is achieved with Genetic Algorithm. Compared with the road length, the equivalent length which takes various evacuation factors into account holed more practical significance in terms of evacuation issue. At last, emergency evacuation of a scenario earthquake is exhibited as a visual example based on GIS platform.
