Abstract :
With the rapid development of the widespread adoption of vehicles in daily life, the traditional intelligent transportation monitoring method which is based on fixed monitoring equipment is no longer suitable. This paper proposed a transportation monitoring framework based on intelligently perceiving the states in and out of vehicles during driving. Firstly, sensor technology is introduced and several dynamic environment intelligent perception methods are presented. Then, the transportation monitoring framework based on dynamic environment intelligent perception is proposed. Finally, the conclusion is presented.
