  • Abstract
The distributing of the mean and extreme wind pressure is investigated by wind tunnel test, and wind pressure coefficients of the test points are obtained. By using these data, this paper calculates the wind load shape coefficients, the real wind loads and the over-turning moments of every partition on the basis of wind engineering theories. Comparing the results of test and the values of Load Code, it is found that the load code limits can not satisfy design requirements in some degree. Moreover, by data processing, the three-dimensional effects of mean wind are obtained, in which the torsion effect is remarkable and can not be neglected during design.
