Abstract :
In this paper, a broadband planar array at Ku band is designed and manufactured, which is comprised of 48times48 annular slot elements. From calculated and experimental results, the obtained impedance bandwidth (VSWR<2) reach 20.56%, the gain reach 34.5 dB. The proposed planar array satisfies the use of satellite communications.
