Abstract :
A study of the effects of near filed factors on rectangular horn antenna´s phase center has been carried out by using finite integration technique and finite element method. The exact phase center of the horn antenna has been solved by adjusting the position of initial phase center using iterative method in the software HFSS. The effect of the infrared detector simulator which is constituted by lamp, line and media board, placed in the horn antenna on phase center is analyzed further more. Indeed the result is beneficial to the design of horn antenna´s phase center and it can instruct the actual analysis of near field factors.
