Abstract :
Temperature control system of the Thermal Medicine Filler is a large inertia, pure time-delay, and nonlinear system which is seriously influenced by surrounding factor. Traditional PID control algorithm couldn´t adjust PID parameters in real-time according to the need, so it is unsuitable for nonlinear system generally. Based on the temperature of return water in the thermal medicine filler, a new method is proposed. It can online adjust PID parameters automatically. It has greatly improved the effect of the temperature control.
