Abstract
A new approach based on the superposition fitting method is proposed for the parameters design and optimization of the transfer function for a novel doubly salient electrical generator (DSEG) with nonlinear inductance. The method to get the sorts of transfer function is adopted to build the simulation model to identification the uncertain parameters of DSEG using pulse-response results. Simulation is given to improve the control method and enhance the system performance by using the transfer function. Experiment results from a laboratory prototype test-bed demonstrate the veracity of the function and step load performance is compared to the simulation results with the optimized correction parameters.
