Abstract :
Assembly planning and assembly sequences combination based on assembly feature interference is proposed and assembly feature interference is introduced as the assembly constraints. Firstly, the assembly features interference is defined and represented. The complete interference is generated by interference expansion of neighboring assembly features´ interference. Secondly, the mapping rules between assembly precedence and assembly feature interference is concluded. With the assembly feature interference, assembly planning is performed and assembly sequences combination is also realized by integrating the local precedence of subsequences.
