Abstract
New challenges will arise with the emergence or Exascale systems. Such challenges are linked power consumption, Input/Ouput and memory performances, scalability of highly concurrent and hierarchical systems and the major one could be reliability. Codesign of software tools for Exascale machines and disruptive technologies will help to face the current challenges. In this talk we will focus on benchmarking profiling and performance analysis tools which could be the basis of scalable tool support on Exascale class machines.
