Abstract :
Technologies development for the efficient extraction of energy from ocean has met a number of technical and practical challenges. The comprehensive development of ocean energy provides a new direction. This paper analyzes the necessity of comprehensive development of ocean energy in China. A designing scheme about comprehensive development of ocean energy is proposed by taking ZhaiTang Island for example with some advices.
