Abstract :
The goal of GreenCom 2013 is to provide a forum for scientists, engineers, and researchers to discuss and exchange new ideas, novel results, and work in progress, in all aspects of green computing, green communications, smart power grids, and many other related areas. This is the fourth consecutive year for GreenCom series.
