Abstract :
A method based on spatial correlation filtering and stationary wavelet transform is proposed to eliminate the noise in ECG signal. The spatial correlation filtering is applied to shrink the wavelet coefficients, and the stationary wavelet transform is used to decompose the noisy signal. The experiment shows that the algorithm is good for noise reduction of ECG signal.
