Abstract :
In this paper, we present a 1 × 4 linear antenna array operating at 180GHz. The antenna array is fed by a 4 × 4 Butler Matrix beam switching network. The design is tailored for a four layer sequential build-up lithography process with Benzocyclobutene (BCB) as the dielectric.
