Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows.With the aim of disseminating the Universal Time Coordinate scale UTC, (CENAM) Time and Frequency Division constructed, in collaboration with the NRC of Canada, a talking clock system. In this work the system architecture and new added characteristics are described. A description of projects for disseminating UTC CENAM using a telephone and a modem, and by means of a commercial radio station are also discussed.
