Abstract
China has been going through urbanization, and foreign experiences of urbanization show that urbanization would finally lead to integrated planning and development of region. Difference from the process of foreign urbanization, urbanization of China is leaping and following with large-scale population flowing, which is not studied especially in foreign models. Therefore, foreign models could not do well in studying for urbanization in China. Using experience of foreign models and application systems for reference, a new integrated model on dynamic development of region considering the interaction of multi-factors is proposed, based on which, the application system is developed to analyze and evaluate the region planning. Analysis results of the system are a series of data and graph to show the dynamic evolvement of region. Finally, the JingJinJi region is taken an instance to show the effects of different developing strategies by new model and application system.
