Abstract :
Along with the development of human society and high demand on environmental quality, the assessment of landscape impact has played an important role on the regional planning construction or exploitation project. However, there are still many problems in landscape impact assessment process, because it is difficult to determine the standards and rating scale, besides the evaluation method on landscape impact assessment was not scientific enough. The paper used the 3S technology in the landscape impact assessment process. Firstly, According to remote sensing data to research the regional landuse or landcover change features before and after completion of the project, and then calculated the main landscape indices to explore the landscape pattern changes, environmental effects, carrying capacity of resources and landscape visual coordination. Finally, we can get an effective method of landscape impact assessment to apply in the regional planning construction or exploitation project.
