Abstract

The post-disaster reconstruction should be combined with Human inhabitation and settlement environment construction, which can achieve sustainable development strategy, promote economic growth, make the social development be harmonious with the environmental protection. The post-disaster reconstruction of Longan town, Pingwu County in Sichuan province has combined supporting systems of infrastructure, energy, disaster prevention with natural systems of urban economic construction and community management, utilization and protection of the regional resources, which has obtained good results.
