Abstract :
In this paper thin film multilayer dielectric structure that separates multiple wavelength channels by spatial dispersion is simulated. By using spatial beam shifting WDM channels can be multiplexed/demultiplexed in the structure. Theoretical investigations by applying Finite Difference Time Domain Method in conjugation with perfectly matched layers are done. To model oblique incident wave to the dielectric stack, Total Field/Scattered Field simulation is applied. Results show the separation of multiple wavelength channels in the multilayered structure.
