Abstract :
Take Changzhutan urban agglomeration as a sample to analysis the planning method of coordinating the land use of the cities based on the ecological footprint analysis. In this thesis, the comprehensive measure of ecological carrying capacity of cities and the ecological environment´s overall development in urban area are the two significant aspects to the eco-planning of urban agglomeration. And then it designs the planning steps and content of eco-planning in urban agglomeration: using urban agglomeration ecological footprint analysis to determine the objectives of the regional ecological footprint, coordinating various types of urban land, constructing the urban ecological security. Take Changzhutan urban agglomeration for example. The author discusses how to achieve a balance between supply and demand of the urban ecological footprint to determine the changzhutan urban agglomeration of short, medium and long term planning objectives. At last, through quantitative analysis of ecological footprint and ecological surplus/deficit analysis, this article mainly discusses the specific method and content of the eco-planning of urban agglomeration from coordinating various types of urban land using control as well as the urban ecological security and other aspects.
