Abstract :
Not each partner enterprise of virtual enterprise will share its private data with other enterprise, so there is a conflicting problem of data exchange in virtual enterprise. To solve the problem, a data exchange model of virtual enterprise is presented. In the model data exchange makes intersecting compromise on different objects.
