Abstract
The atmospheric environmental pollution has become a global environmental problem. It is imperative to monitor the toxic or harmful substances and environmental risk source in the atmosphere. However, it is the main contents of atmospheric environmental monitoring work to optimize the monitoring sites determination. This paper illustrates the implication and necessity of the monitoring sites optimization of risk source in the atmospheric environment and introduced the progress of domestic and foreign research on the optimization of atmospheric environment monitoring. The commonly used optimized methods are cited and their advantages, disadvantages, and scopes of applications are analyzed separately, and this will provide good reference to the monitoring sites optimization of risk source in the atmospheric environment.
