Abstract :
In this paper, we analyzed the key techniques of wireless optical communication system, and established the typical weather model by outside survey in different weather conditions, designed parameters of the source coding and the channel coding. Simulated it by Matlab. The emulational results indicated that the communication capability was enhanced by using 256-PPM (the source coding) and RSldr 255,223ldr (the channel coding).
