Abstract :
In this paper, the propagation of the high power microwave pulse is numerical simulated in each layer of ionosphere. FDTD method for solving this problem will waste great time and memory. Therefore, we used PSTD algorithm to solve the equations of cold plasma. The results are accord with the previous. The validity of PSTD algorithm is demonstrated.
