  • Abstract
    This paper presents a linear a.c. trap operating in air. Microparticle trapping phenomenon has been achieved. Various spatial patterns made of a few up to thousands of microparticles stable for a very long time have been observed. The microparticle charge and specific charge have been independently determined.
