Abstract :
The skew bridge of a blast furnace has been used over 40 years, which was indispensable to assess safety and reliability. In this paper, through the investigation, detection and calculation,analysis and performance testing of the skew bridge of the blast furnace, the safety was assessed and the disposal suggestion was given, which can deal with the measures put forward for the skew bridge of the blast furnace security issues provided a basis. The study methods and result in the paper can be extended to used in large iron or steel structures, which is important to the bridge safety issues in theory and engineering.
