Abstract :
Coastal zones are the most vulnerable regions, and carrying out environmental management is effective way to realize the sustainable development. According to the requirements of environmental management in harbors and coastal areas, this paper systematically analyzed the coastal ecological environment impact assessment methods, ecological environmental management models. Based on the research goals of ecological environment management in Harbors and Coastal Areas, this paper put forward the technical scheme to set up the ecological environment management system, discussed the research contents which should be carried out as soon as possible. At last, the ecological environment management system framework for harbors and coastal areas was built, which was the mode of “diagnostication-assessment- prediction- planning-management”.
