Abstract :
The use of autonomous agents in conjunction with semantic Web technologies such as extensible markup language (XML), resource description framework (RDF), Web services and ontologies will enhance the effectiveness of NATO network enabled capabilities (NNEC) operations. The semantic interoperability collaborative multi-agent architecture (Sl-CoMAr), incorporates semantic Web components, to address the issue of enabling interoperability at the semantic level, in dynamic environments such as those supported by the NNEC concept of operations.
