Abstract :
Through the field survey at the 20 selected poor villages in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area, the researcher analyses the characteristics of poor villages and process of recovery and reconstruction, and comprehensively analyses the environmental risk that poor villages are faced with during post-quake reconstruction. This paper introduces the concept of environmental sensitive sites, develops the connotation of village environmental risk, and proposes the whole-process risk tree analysis (RTA) method for village-level. As an empirical analysis, the researcher employs the RTA method at one certain poor village in Gansu Province, and then puts forward pertinent environmental risk reduction strategy according to the identification results.
