Abstract
This paper studied the seismic response characteristics and seismic performance of arch concrete bridge. Nonlinear analysis using three-dimensional analytical model was conducted considering 18 modified ground motions. A linear analysis was applied to observe the dynamic response characteristics for the arch bridge after dampers installed. Finally, the damper location effect on the bridge seismic response was studied using the linear analysis.
