The systematic framework of method and technique for improving the teaching quality

This paper researches into the students´ self-determination study motive during teaching, study and experiment project training process based on campus network resource platform, then gives systematic teaching and study platform framework which contains some new theories, methods and computer technique applications for teaching and study, so as to well serve the students for inspiring their research interests and to improve the teaching quality. And lots of computer application examples are illustrated to support the theory and method in the paper.
