Abstract :
A package has been developed to assist investigation of the availability percentage of non-geostationary satellites. The package is general and can be used to simulate the availability percentage for all regions on both sides of the equatorial orbit. Further, the availability percentage for any specific country can be determined. The availability percentage time of Globalstar, Iridium and Molniya constellations are simulated with this package for different points on Earth
