Abstract :
Theoretical analysis of the elastic and the electric fields of the photorefractive grating near a boundary of an electro-optic BaTiO3 crystal in the steady-state without accounting for the effect of trap saturation has been developed. We report the results of the analysis of such a field structure in the region near the Y-surface of the BaTiO3 crystal with account taken of the effect of the trap saturation
