Abstract :
The authors have been developing building-material-integrated PV modules used as exterior walls of building using color solar cells with an emphasis on design. Mainly, they developed four types of modules, glass curtain walls, precast-concrete (PC)-incorporated-type, slanted wall-type and renovation-type modules. They constructed the demonstration test facilities of those modules and evaluated of performance of building-material-integrated modules for various types of exterior walls. No problems were observed at an outdoor demonstration test facility. They confirmed the color and shape of those modules can be harmonized with the design of the building
