The study on the architectural heritage preservation and sustainable development system of Tianjin—The northern economic center of China

The rapid development economy and the accelerating urbanization process have brought enormous pressure to the architectural heritage preservation since Tianjin was identified as the northern economic center of China in 2006. During the process of the damage on the architectural heritage, the government of Tianjin is still making great efforts to explore actively the way of the architectural heritage preservation and sustainable development with Tianjin characteristics. So, this paper will mainly make research on the architectural heritage preservation and sustainable development system of Tianjin with the theory of management, sociology and economics. The ultimate goal is to promote the preservation and sustainable development of the architectural heritage in Tianjin.
