Abstract :
In the paper, conception and sorts of high-speed interconnect for signal integrity was introduced; methods for circuit analysis and electromagnetic analysis of high-speed interconnection as important parts were also studied. The two methods based on telegraph equations, modified nodal admittance (MNA) and MAXWELL equations of electromagnetic use value method for calculation or simulate for corresponding circuit models. Expatiation of both methods was accomplished in the paper. In addition, model-order reduction arithmetic for large-scale circuit was discussed.
