Abstract
Police emergency response system plays a nuclear and key role in the emergency management system. The spatial range of emergency event spread area is usually dynamic diffused through time. This problem will make emergency response difficult to assess emergency event and dispatch emergency resources. Therefore, it is imperative to design and implement a spatial diffusion model to solve this problem. For this reason, we put forward a spatial diffusion model for police emergency response system. We present the functions of spatial diffusion in police emergency response system and propose a spatial diffusion model for police emergency response system. Finally, we implement the model in the police emergency response system.
